I work across film and photography, with a particular interest in documentary forms, place, belonging and community. I studied directing at INSAS in Brussels and have made documentary films in Türkiye, Belgium and Italy. My current work is centered on the Nesin Villages, where I work with photography, moving image and education. I am currently directing a feature-length documentary about the Villages and developing a photographic book with texts by Ali Nesin.

Currently based in Izmir, Turkey.

I have lived in Los Angeles, Ankara, Istanbul, Lisbon, Amiens, Padova, Brussels, Antwerp.
